STAGES OF REGIONAL SURVEY

      A multi-stage wide-scale human resources audit is performed in each region, comprising several steps:

1. Initial research: collection and analysis of information on macro and microeconomic situation in the region.
2. Identification of most successful businesses.
3. Analysis of economic and financial performance of these businesses.
4. Identification of professional executives, using the following criteria:
• Good financial and economic performance of the businesses they manage;
• Exceptional personal and professional achievements;
• Authority within the business community;
• Perfect business reputation;
• Age (28 - 45).
5. Conducting structured interviews with identified successful and effective executives.
6. Decision on including candidates into the Russia's Golden Treasury of Executives in the XXI Century unified database.
7. After the survey in the given region is completed, data is regularly monitored and updated.

      Research conducted in the covered regions helped identify the most effective executives and provided an adequate understanding of creative, professional and political competence of top and mid-level managers.
