PROJECT GOAL AND PURPOSE
Russia's Golden Treasury of Executives in the XXI Century is a
unique executive search project. The project is co-owned by
Dmitry ZELENIN, a prominent Russian entrepreneur, president of the Association of Managers and Deputy General Director of Norilsk Nickel, and
Kirill BUTUSOV, General Director of Prime Chase Executive Search.

The project is unparalleled in the scope of its coverage. The survey is conducted across 89 regions of the Russian Federation and includes human resources audit and identification of the best executives: owners and co-owners of companies; managers and top managers, as well as promising young business administrators.

The project was launched in February of 1999 and is set to span 5 years. Phase II (May 2000 - January 2002), covering 32 regions of Russia, was completed recently.
Project goal: creation of a unified database of best Russian executives across all sectors of the national economy.
Project purpose: to recruit the identified professionals for actual executive projects to shape the economic, social and political situation on regional and federal levels.
