Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1985.
In 1985-1990 worked as PA and attache in the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 1990 till 1998 worked in the Administration of the USSR President and in the Administration of the RF President. In 1998-1999 served as chief specialist of the PR Department in JSC Euroseverneft. Since February 1999 has been working as Executive director in Prime Chase , 1997-2001 |
