Graduated from the Psychology department of the St.Petersburg University in 1989. In the same year in St.Petersburg having signed a license agreement with Austrian company Hill International, which was then the leader in recruitment business in the Central and Western Europe, opened and headed the first Russian executive search company "Baltic Consulting Firm" (BCF). In 1994 brought Korn/Ferry International company into the Russian market, opened its offices in Moscow and St.Petersburg and became the company's country manager in Russia. Since 1996 has been the general director of the private company Prime Chase. Executed exclusive orders to fill key top positions in Rosprom Group. Since 1997 has been executing exclusive orders of UNEXIM Group. Since February 1999 has managed the Project "Golden Treasury of the Russian Executives in the ÕÕI Century".
